The Co-Creator of Call of Duty, Dies in a Los Angeles Traffic Collision
The co-creator of Call of Duty, the mind behind the immensely successful first-person shooter Call of Duty, has died in a vehicle crash in the state of California aged 55.
The tragic news was verified by Electronic Arts, the publisher that controls Respawn Entertainment, a game studio which he helped establish.
The celebrated game designer passed away following his car crashed and burst into flames on a freeway in the Los Angeles area on Sunday, as reported by.
"This represents an unimaginable loss, and our hearts are with Vince's loved ones, his family, and the countless individuals inspired by his creative vision," a spokesperson for Electronic Arts commented.
